The price of the accommodation includes the following: Electricity, linen, towels, tea towels, cleaning, hot water, central heating,

Dogs/Cats

We sadly do not accept dogs or cats at our property.

WiFi

Free WIFI available in both Barns.

Weekly Housekeeping

Weekly housekeeping is available over 7 days stay.

Cancellation and Insurance

By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to protect yourself.

Arrival

Your accommodation will be available to you from 5.00 pm on the day of arrival.

Departure

Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 9.00 am on the day of departure.

Damages and Breakages

Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. All we ask, is that you report any incidents as they occur.

Smoking

A non-smoking policy applies to all the cottages at Mill Pond Barns

Keys

The keys are available in a key safe and the code code will be available 24 hours prior to arrival.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or any contractors whilst acting in the course of our employment.
