Mill Pond Barns

Mill Pond Barns, a group of two luxury barn conversions within the grounds of the owners home in the rural village of Hanbury.

About

The Barns are on the outskirts of the village of Hanbury, with views of fields and a beautiful pond. It’s a securely gated property with ample parking, set in a fantastic rural setting, surrounded by long country walks from the doorstep. A brook runs along the garden of the home

Both The Barn and The Leat, sleep four people, with all bedrooms having an en-suite facility. They are superbly furnished throughout. Fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, with bi-fold doors opening up onto decking with table and chairs, a barbecue and a super unspoilt view of the ducks on the pond!

We have a travel cot and high chair and welcome children of all ages.

From December 2020, we will also be offering you a service for you to bring your own horse or pony with you for the duration of your stay.

We have grassland, stables and a ménage. A great spot for hacking around quiet lanes and exploring the countryside.

Walking

The Cotswolds

The Cotswolds covers a huge area – almost 800 square miles – and runs through five counties (Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Wiltshire and Worcestershire).
One of the delights of visiting the Cotswolds is exploring the different areas, each with its own identity, yet all with those defining Cotswold features: golden stone and rolling hills, the ‘wolds’.
